How to request a return or refund

- Wait for our confirmation and instructions. We may verify batch/lot and condition.
- If approved, return the item as instructed. Return shipping method and cost will be confirmed based on the case.
- After inspection, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund as agreed.
Refund method and timing
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible; otherwise via an agreed alternative.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days after we receive and verify the return.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will prioritize a remedy through replacement, store credit, or refund after verification.
Non-returnable items
